Rise Up Healing Collective

creates healing-centered spaces for young people to lead, grow, and transform — through cultural immersion, restorative justice, and youth mentorship grounded in wellness.

Rich Rootz

brings clean, ancestral, Belize-inspired skincare and holistic wellness practices — yoga, sound therapy, peace circles, and sister circles — to our neighborhoods, honoring the body as sacred.

Yogaletics

bridges yoga, athletic training, and youth development — empowering the next generation of leaders through embodied practice, mindfulness, and mentorship in schools and universities as well as men’s healing work.

Together, we are building a living ecosystem where community wellness is inseparable from community power.

We meet young people where they are — in classrooms, on campuses, and in community spaces — equipping them with the tools to lead with purpose, cultural pride, and vision.

Mental & Preventative Health

Healing is preventative. Through yoga, mindfulness, sound therapy, restorative justice, and peace circles, we address root causes and support the whole person before crisis takes hold.

Economic Strategy

We develop pathways to economic self-determination through entrepreneurship, leadership fellowships, and community-owned wellness — building wealth that stays in the community.

Community Development

From after-school programs for first and second graders to university partnerships, we build the bonds, networks, and leadership pipelines that make neighborhoods stronger.

Global Development & Cultural Literacy

Through our Belize Cultural Immersion Experiences, we expand young people’s sense of identity and possibility — connecting Chicago youth to the Indigenous Maya and Garifuna communities, climate justice, and global citizenship.
